Important

1. Submit one concern per form so that each can be tracked to resolution.
2. For irrigation emergencies, please call 970-669-3611. Emergencies are considered water running longer than 60 minutes or causing damage to property.
3. If your concern is related to trash cans, the Baseline trash and recycling provider is HBS. Submit a request to activate service.
4. If you're looking to make exterior improvements to your home, you must go through the design review process and submit a design review application.
5. For non-emergency concerns related to fireworks, please call Broomfield Police at 303.438.6400.
