This 6-month program nurtures community leadership through education, collaboration, connection and action.

Graduates receive the tools to become confident civic leaders who:

  • Understand how their community works 
  • Build deep connections with neighbors 
  • Know the value of Baseline’s vision: People and pollinators thriving together
  • Collaborate across differences 
  • Take meaningful action to strengthen connection, inclusion, sustainability and vitality at Baseline

Our 2026 class will consist of up to 20 individuals chosen by the Baseline Community Life team for their dedication and interest in serving as a community representative.
