Annual Meetings of Members

All homeowners are invited to attend these end-of-year recaps for the Baseline Community Association (BCA) and Baseline Enrichment and Community Collaboration Assembly (BECCA). This is your chance to receive updates on 2024 key initiatives, learn about community achievements and future plans, and engage with community leaders.

Meeting notices and agendas will be mailed to all homeowners in mid-November.

If you are unable to attend, remember to submit your proxy (located on the last page of the meeting packet) for BCA and BECCA to help us meet quorum (5% of homeowners in attendance).
