To help ensure the vision and integrity of the community stays intact, its residential neighborhoods are managed by three entities — Metropolitan Districts (the “Districts”), Baseline Community Association, Inc. (BCA), and Baseline Enrichment & Community Collaboration Assembly, Inc (BECCA).

Maintains Baseline's high-quality standards, overseeing community compliance and administration.
