Any exterior modification to an existing residence within Baseline, including the installation of a deck, patio, patio cover, front/side/rear landscaping, fencing, or any other physical alteration to the exterior appearance of a house or yard, must be approved in advance by the Design Review Committee. In order to minimize redesign efforts, application for additions, modifications or other improvements should be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee prior to any submission to the city of Broomfield for permits.

Applications should be submitted with attachments detailing the intended modification. In order for an application to be reviewed by the Design Review Committee, a picture of the home must be provided.
