To make the voting process efficient and convenient for all homeowners, and to ensure quorum quotas are met, there are two (2) voting options this year. For your vote to be valid, only use one method.
- Vote online (preferred)
Electronic voting is safe and easy. Follow the instructions on the invitation email you receive from “baselineresidents@ivotehoa.com” on Oct. 22. If you don’t receive the email, visit baselineresidents.ivotehoa.com/register to request your code. - Paper ballot
Request a paper ballot/proxy from your Baseline Community Life team at baseline@coherelife.com or call 720-464-5164. Please allow enough time for your paper ballot to be mailed to you, and for you to mail it back. Remember, your ballot/proxy must be received via USPS mail by Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. to be counted.
