Once a month during the summer, a local food truck rolls up to the Basin. In July, pick up dinner from Chapo’s Tacos. They’ll bring a taste of Mexico with classic carne asada, savory tortas al pastor, sizzling shrimp mulitas and more. See Chapo’s menu.
