Reduce & Reuse: Porch Market

Join us for this inaugural community event where residents can give new life to pre-loved items by selling, swapping or giving them away right from their own porches. Community Life will provide signage at the front of Baseline and promote the event online.

This is a great way to declutter sustainably, connect with neighbors and give items a second chance. Let’s make reuse a community tradition.

How It Works:

• Register your home to be on our map
• Start collecting items around your home that need a new life—think furniture, clothes, toys, books, and more.
• Share the upcoming porch market on community social media pages and neighborhood forums (NextDoor, FB Marketplace, Ring Neighbors, etc.)
• Residents are welcome to place their own signs in common areas from Friday a.m. through Sunday p.m. to guide shoppers
• Set up your porch sale with gently used items
• Shop from neighbors and find secondhand treasures while reducing waste.
