We are pleased to introduce you to your new Community Operations Manager, Amanda Benefiel. She is your go-to person for Baseline’s governance, community concerns, design review, and common-area maintenance.
She is a 5th generation Colorado native and has worked in real estate operations since 2014 and Association management since 2015. She’s experienced in event planning, Board education and training, as well as supervising and implementing Association policies and procedures.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old daughter, going to concerts and sporting events, playing basketball, traveling and experiencing all of the fun places and events that Colorado has to offer.
