Just as snow removal at Baseline is a community collaboration between the City, the District, the Association, and homeowners, so too is landscape maintenance.
While every homeowner is responsible for the maintenance of their own lots, not every homeowner is responsible for the tree lawn that borders their property. That’s the space between the sidewalk that borders your lot and the street.
To better understand where your responsibility starts and ends, please see the Landscape Responsibility Map. For further clarification, please attend the Neighborhood Cafe on Wednesday (June 21) where Amanda Benefiel, Baseline’s community operations manager, will be on hand to answer your questions.
