This month marks a meaningful moment of transition for the Baseline community, as we honor two beloved team members who have helped shape the heart of this place and welcome new leaders who are excited to build on that legacy.
Goodbye, Christine & Mady!
With deep gratitude and full hearts, we said “farewell” to two of Baseline’s beloved team members — Christine Jakupovic, director of engagement, and Mady Wilhoit, community coordinator.
If you’ve attended a celebration, gathered with neighbors or felt the warmth of a thoughtfully created moment at Baseline, chances are Christine had a hand in bringing it to life. Her care, creativity and belief in the power of connection helped shape not just events, but the very culture of Baseline over the past 6 years. While her time at Baseline has come to a close, her impact here will be felt for years to come.
We also thank Mady for the energy and support she’s shared with Baseline over the past year, helping carry forward the spirit of togetherness that defines this place.

With over 18 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality, and technology sectors, I am honored to serve as Baseline Executive Director at Cohere. My career has been defined by hands-on involvement in the consulting, pre-opening, and management of more than 300 development projects across a diverse set of asset classes—including mixed-use master planned communities, luxury high-rise multi-family, destination resorts, private clubs, and SaaS prop tech initiatives.
I am passionate about building and supporting exceptional teams, elevating operational and brand standards, and delivering innovative solutions and experiences that drive value for residents, stakeholders, and partners alike. At Baseline, I look forward to applying my strategic vision and cross-disciplinary expertise to foster a vibrant, thriving, and engaged community.
Outside of work, I am a proud boy mom to and 8-year-old, Leland, as well as our two dogs, George and Bailey. I was a collegiate soccer and tennis player and have recently become a self-proclaimed pickleball jedi. I’m a taco enthusiast with a love for travel, music, and the outdoors—always seeking new adventures to share with family and friends.
