Board Business
Dog Waste Station
The board approved a dog waste station 167th Place and Tejon. Must not be too close to homes.
Pet Waste DNA
The board did not move forward with the proposal to implement DNA monitoring of pet waste.
Trash Proposal
The board is still awaiting additional proposals before deciding whether to change the contract from HBS to a different service provider.
Associations Taxes
The board of directors has entered into an agreement to have 2024 Association Taxes prepared by CLA.
OLM Proposal
The board of directors has approved a contract to have regular landscape inspection completed by a 3rd party to ensure that Environmental Designs, Inc. is meeting their landscape contract requirements.
BMD Little Library Agreement
Agreement with metro district approved by board.
